Hiring Philosophy
Voice communications are required and they are good natured and reasonably clean.
Our pilots are typically aged 25 to 45 with most in their 30's.
Player skill points range from 12M to 60M with the average being 20+ Million.
Maturity, family and career focus are key personal goals for our members so we constantly balance real life with the game. By design our personnel expansion is slow and steady, we will not sacrifice effectiveness for raw numbers. Our recruitment will continue so long as we keep the core commitment foremost in our minds. We have always operated with the highest levels of maturity, respect and reason. Those values will continue and are non-negotiable. We are only keeping pilots that fit into our core philosophy. Requirements to Join
- 15M Skill Points minimum
- Ability to fly a BC and BS
- Ability to Fly at least a Tech 2 Support Vessel
- Good Verbal and Written English Skills
